Position Overview We’re hiring a Bilingual Intake Coordinator to join our Fayetteville, NC team. This key role serves as the first point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy, guiding them through the intake process with empathy and professionalism. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, excels in communication, and is passionate about supporting families as they begin their care journey. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for new families starting ABA services Conduct intake calls to gather important client details and outline the intake steps Coordinate scheduling of evaluations and therapy sessions with clinical teams Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records in internal databases Serve as the liaison between families and clinical staff to ensure consistent communication Monitor client progress through the intake process and follow up as needed Offer compassionate, bilingual assistance to families throughout onboarding Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth, family-centered intake experience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related area (required) Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required) Understanding of ABA or behavioral health services (preferred) Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and time-management abilities Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or healthcare (preferred) Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with scheduling platforms and data management tools A caring, family-focused approach Benefits & Perks Competitive compensation based on experience Paid time off (available for full-time employees) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Performance-based bonus opportunities Bi-monthly payroll A mission-driven, inclusive work environment that values your input If you’re excited to support families as they begin ABA therapy and want to be part of a compassionate, collaborative team, we encourage you to apply today!
