The Patient Services Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for patients at Kintegra Family Dentistry. This position is responsible for managing patient registration and billing processes, which are essential for maintaining accurate patient records and facilitating smooth financial transactions. The representative will serve as the first point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services, insurance, and billing. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a patient services or administrative role within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:
Greet patients upon arrival and assist with the registration process, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
