Description Structure House, a residentially based program in Durham, NC, is seeking an Office Clerk/Front Desk Admissions Coordinator. Structure House is a residentially based program for adults that specializes in health behavior change, healthy weight management, and eating concerns involving compulsive overeating, emotional eating, and binge eating. Our behaviorally based treatment is provided by a multidisciplinary team of dietitians, life coaches, exercise specialists, and behavioral health technicians. The office clerk/front desk admissions coordinator will perform general clerical duties following the facility’s office procedures. This position is part-time with benefits at 32 hours per week. Weekdays, Rotating Sundays, and holidays. + Creating statements and posting charges. + Collecting payments. + Face of the company at the Receptionist desk. + Admitting and discharging patients into the software systems. + Assist with scheduling appointments. + New arrival Sunday orientation and tour. + Administrative and clerical duties Qualifications Skills Required +
