The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient interactions and ensuring a seamless experience within our dental or medical office. This position requires a strong understanding of to facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare providers. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries in and providing information about treatment options. Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately within the office system. Collaborate with dental or medical professionals to coordinate treatment plans and ensure timely follow-ups. Assist patients in understanding their treatment plans, including financial options and insurance coverage. Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance patient experience. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Experience Previous experience in an office setting, preferably within a dental or medical office, is required. Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks, including appointment scheduling and patient management. to effectively communicate with both patients and healthcare professionals.
