We are seeking a Full-Time Medical Office Floater in our Greensboro office. Qualified candidates will have 2 years of medical business office experience in a similar capacity and must demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and insurance. Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while ensuring excellent patient care and remain flexible to shifting assignments based on business needs. Responsibilities will include the following based on the assignment: Checks in patients; collects payments and verifies and/or updates insurance. Obtains proper insurance documentation and demographic information. Processes new patient paperwork and/or updated paperwork. Follows established procedures to prepare for upcoming appointments. Explains insurance authorization to patients as necessary. Posts payments and balances at the end of each day and prepares daily deposits following established procedures. Schedules new patient appointments. Posts charges. Supports the office by covering switchboard as necessary. Answers busy telephones, responds to requests and/or directs to appropriate party. Provides financial estimates to patients Complies with all our processes and HIPAA regulations. Applies our values in decision-making and interactions with all individuals. Promotes a positive work environment through effective teamwork. Other duties as assigned by changing needs, patient flow, or physician request. Friday:

8:30am – 5:00pm with flexibility based on assignment.
