In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a medical or dental office setting. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and insurance information. Schedule and confirm patient appointments while managing the calendar efficiently.
