Phone Operator Position Available In Nash, North Carolina

Phone Operator Rocky Mount Pain and Spine 121 Enterprise Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 Rocky Mount Pain and Spine is a pain management clinic with multiple locations, and we are hiring a phone operator to be a part of our call team. The team is responsible for answering phone calls and voicemails for all locations, answering patient questions when applicable, and sending messages to the appropriate coworker. This position is important as you will be the first point of contact when patients, medical offices, insurance companies, pharmacies, and others call. You will need to be able to analyze and organize data. All applicants must agree to a drug and background screening.
