• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation review
• Utilize medical coding knowledge for billing purposes
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow Requirements
• Prior experience in patient services or a medical office setting is preferred
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and phone etiquette
