Front Desk Patient Service Representative / Floater Salisbury Endoscopy Center/Northeast Digestive Health Center 510 Corporate Circle, Salisbury, NC 28147 The Front Desk Patient Service Representative/Floater is responsible for providing high-quality customer service to patients, ensuring accurate and efficient front office operations, and supporting the needs of the Salisbury Endoscopy Center (SEC) and associated departments. This role includes patient check-in/check-out, managing referrals, verifying insurance, handling appointment communications, and assisting with various administrative duties. The representative must be willing to work at all NEDH locations and maintain flexible shifts.
