This is a long term temporary position through December! Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. Assist patients during the onsite registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits. Provide excellent customer service functions, first point of contact for patient. Schedule appointments. Answer multiline telephone system. Billing. Maintain and update database and records. Run patient lab orders. Translate for Spanish speaking customers. Other administrative and clerical duties needed.

Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED required. Medical office experience preferred. Must complete a background check. MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English.
