We are a hardworking, fun, outgoing team, who strive to give our patients the best experience all while maintaining an upbeat, yet relaxing atmosphere. We are up to date on all the latest technology, offer both general and cosmetic dentistry including Invisalign, and sedation for our oral surgeries. We are looking for an energetic team member to join our fast paced, growing practice where we offer dental benefits, health insurance, 401K, and bonuses.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator team member who will: Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans. Schedules and confirms patient appointments. Verifies insurance for all clinical appointments. Enters information on dental software in patient accounts. Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information. Collects all monies due for services rendered. Develops and maintains doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary. Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth. Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
