Full Job Description Description:

Mental Health organization seeking a full time Qualified Professional to work within our Intake Department.

Duties include:

managing referral calls; conducting intake with clients; entering information into Electronic Medical Record; tracking referrals; and developing person centered plans. Applicants should be skilled in developing person centered plans and be able to multitask. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Requirements:

Experience with Electronic Medical Records is preferred. Position is not intended for licensed clinicians

Qualifications:

Human Services with a 4-year degree in Human Services with at least 2 years of experience ,
