PSRs work out of both office locations.

The PSR position involves:

Checking patients in / out Collecting co-pays & balances Scheduling patients for appointments Updating demographic information Routing phone calls appropriately We are open 7 days a week, with limited hours on the weekends, which this position would work once a month/as needed. Those applying should have reliable transportation, be able to work M-F full-time ( 8-5pm ) and some medical experience (although we are willing to train the right people). All patient service representatives are required to work two evenings a week (one at each office) and one holiday per year. Must have a great attitude, willingness to learn, and be a team player!
