Our Patient Service Representatives (PSR) are key members of our orthopaedic practice and act as the face of our organization. We rely on our Patient Service Front Desk Team to consistently deliver a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming patients and completing the check-in process and check-out process Verifying patient information and insurance coverage/benefits
Requirements:
Must be able to work a rotating shift from 6AM to 8PM. M 7:30-4:30, Tues & Wed 6-7, Thurs. 7-4 and Fri.,Sat. & Sunday OFF Excellent customer service skills Previous medical experience or education is preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast paced environment
