This position involves managing patient interactions, scheduling radiology and IM appointments, and providing administrative support to enhance the overall efficiency of the practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of medical terminology, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Duties Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accurate patient records and authorizations are maintained, Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and insurance information. Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details. Assist in managing office operations by maintaining organized files and records. Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth patient flow and address any concerns. Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with both patients and staff. Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and filing tasks. Experience Previous experience in a medical office or imaging center setting is preferred.
