Job Overview:
The Patient Access Representative is responsible for providing exemplary customer service utilizing the principles set forth by the organization while interacting with all customers, both internal and external. You will be responsible for providing coverage as needed for the positions of Scheduling Coordinator, Front Desk Coordinator and or Registration Representative within the assigned region.

Required:
High school diploma
Preferred:
Previous hospital or physicians office experience Scheduling and data entry experience preferred
Scheduling Requirements:
Full Time Day Essential Functions:
Ability to professionally inter relate with parents, staff, patients, therapy and physician services Familiarity with computer software packages Microsoft Office Ability to organize and follow specific instructions Maintain patient confidentiality Must be able to and willing to travel to sites in region to provide scheduled or unscheduled coverage for areas when staff calls out or scheduled to be out of office.
