Assisting is day to day operations of a Hospitalist Department. Tasks include but are not limited to, data entry, answering phones, emails, meeting set ups, and manager support.

What you will need:

HS Diploma or GED A minimum of 3-5 years of secretarial/office experience at the administrative level Excellent organizational and operational management skills Function independently with ability to make and carryout decisions Computer skills (Microsoft Office / Access/ Kronos) Medical transcription Data entry Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to record and transcribe minutes Our Commitment to

$19.20-$25.58 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
