8am-4:30pm Pay rate: $19-23 What will you be doing? Support patients and visitors with commonly asked questions including but not limited to grievances. Documentation for all inquiries. Provide a positive resolution. Facilitate all communications from patient to staff members in a timely fashion. Provide data to all managers. Onboard new patients What do you bring?
