This frontline role is key to ensuring timely, accurate intake processing for individuals seeking mental health services in our community. As the first point of contact for new patients and referrals, you will represent the organization with clarity, professionalism, and care. You’ll work closely with our Intake Coordinator and Admissions team to manage appointment scheduling, referrals, and service inquiries—requiring sharp attention to detail, fast data entry skills, and excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in Spanish and English (required) High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Human Services, Public Health or related field preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proven ability to work quickly and accurately in electronic systems (EHR experience a plus) Composed and compassionate under pressure Available to work on-site five days a week, with flexibility for hybrid work as needed Join a mission-driven team delivering quality care in a diverse, community-based setting.
