PM SUMMARY:
As a Senior Access Associate, you lead in the management and guidance of team members to maintain Rochester Regional’s high-quality standards of customer care.
This will be an 8 chair infusion center which will open with 6 chairs working up to all 8.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership. Provides knowledge, expertise and guidance to a team of access associates; assist in training new employees; serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex issues Customer Service. Manage incoming calls and provide necessary information; greet patients and/or their representatives and provide direction as needed; schedule patient appointments; interview patients and/or their representatives to obtain necessary informationRegistration & Verification. Complete the registration process for patients and/or their representatives; verify insurance eligibility/coverage and obtain necessary pre-certifications/authorizations when applicableBilling & Payments. Collect/process co-payments, deductibles and/or other types of payments; provide cost estimates when applicable; review charges in charge review WQs for completeness and accuracy
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree preferred.3 years related work experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred.
Bilingual preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

PAY RANGE
$18.00•$21.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
