Responsibilities:
Register, schedule and confirm appointments Greet and assist patients Answer calls in a timely and professional manner Converse with patients, addressing all requests and concerns with courtesy and respect Collect charges from self-pay patients upon completion of visit Complete necessary authorizations, referrals & prescriptions when needed Close out old patient files according to policies and procedures Attend training and administrative meetings
Requirements:
Flexibility including Sundays and evenings Excellent Customer Service Skills Team player Experience working at a dental front desk, a plus Bilingual in Spanish, a plus
