Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 8-Hour Shifts (5x8s)
REQUIREMENT
BLS Job Duties:
Greet and check in patients, verify insurance information, and ensure all documentation is complete Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently Maintain and update patient records accurately using Epic Handle phone inquiries, appointment reminders, and general administrative duties Ensure compliance with HIPAA and facility policies Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and clinical staff
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a clinic or ambulatory care setting Strong working knowledge of Epic Excellent communication and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus) Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
