Patient Access Representative Irongate Family Practice 17 Pine Street, Glens Falls, NY 12801 Busy Primary Care office seeking qualified receptionist to join our team. This is a full time, 40 hour week, Monday through Friday with no weekends or nights. Hours are typically 8-4:30 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, checking patients in and out, cash handling, scheduling, messaging providers, knowledge of EMR’s and insurance verification. Solid communication skills and a strong background in a medical office role is required. Paid holidays up front, along with a full benefit package. Salary is commensurate with experience. Summary As a Medical Receptionist, you will be essential in providing administrative support within a medical office setting. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in insurance verification, cash handling, and managing patient records. You will utilize your core skills in medical office experience and front desk operations while leveraging premium skills in EHR systems and HIPAA compliance.
