Registration Specialist•Harrisburg Registration Specialist
Part-time
Harrisburg and Elizabethville, PA Monday•Thursday
NO WEEKENDS
•No Holidays!! Pay Rate starts at $14.28 and increases with experience

AT&T Phone Discount Location based at Harrisburg office and 1 day a week at Elizabethville office in Northern Dauphin County. Some travel expected to other TrueNorth Wellness locations during training.
Day and evening availability required•2 evenings until 8 PM.
Job Duties for Harrisburg location:
Answering calls
Checking clients in/out
Collecting money
Assisting with reminder calls
Sending interest/no show/discharge letters
Retrieving & Sorting mail/faxes
Taking vitals and entering into Electronic Medical Record system
Assisting providers as needed
Closing office
Scheduling clients Job Duties for Northern Dauphin location: Checking people in for Northern Dauphin psychiatric visits
Getting vitals, entering into chart
Assisting with portal paperwork for doctor clients, if necessary
Scheduling appointments
Answering phones, returning calls
PDMP checks for incoming appointments
Complete referrals as needed/requested by doctors
Facilitate paperwork/form completion by doctors
Coordinating care by sending letters/faxes/emails as needed for clients, obtaining ROIs, etc…
Assigned to specific doctor(s) to support things like lab work, prior authorization requests for meds, etc.
Requirements:
