Responsibilities:

Perform in-person patient check-ins across multiple practice areas (4 floors) Greet patients and support a seamless registration process Assist with walk-in scheduling for Lab and X-ray services Use MS Teams to coordinate with medical staff regarding patient status (arrivals, delays, etc.) Support positive patient experiences and provide professional, courteous service No phone-based responsibilities

Qualifications:

EPIC experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for communication Reliable transportation required
