Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently Verify insurance information and process billing accurately Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality Collaborate with medical staff to support patient care

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus

M-F 7:00am to 3:30pm OR 8:00am-4:30pm
