Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures nomanipulation of student data. Performs administrative duties forthe Wellness Department including answering the phone, greetingvisitors and patients, scheduling appointments processing anddistributing mail, preparing reports and maintaining medicalrecords and related files. Conducts cursory medical tasks asdirected by supervisor may include measuring/monitoring vitalsigns, recording patient history, performing basic lab tests,collecting lab specimens and other authorized medical tasks asrequested. Assists Wellness Manager to coordinate medical, mentaland dental services for students. Maintains all student healthrecords, ensuring they are accurate, complete and properly filed.
Ensures that student health files are in compliance with Companyand PRH guidelines. Ensures compliance with HIPPA and otherapplicable laws and regulations regarding patient privacy and themaintenance of medical records. Performs first aid treatment,bedside patient care and other wellness services as required.
Maintains a clean, organized and sanitary environment withinWellness Services. Produces quality work/assignments in a thorough,timely and accurate manner. Maintains appropriate personalattendance, accountability and work productivity standards. Plans,prioritizes and organizes assignments to meet established goals anddeadlines. Understands and applies job knowledge to effectivelycomplete all required job responsibilities. Proactively maintainsthe skills required to perform job duties. Mentors, monitors andmodels the Career Success Standards as required by the PRH. Showsrespect and courtesy to students and holds them accountable fortheir actions and behavior. Provides quality services for studentsand ensures that quality is maintained and student needs are met.

Exchanges ideas and information, both orally and in writing, in aclear and concise manner and contributes meaningfully to groupefforts by offering relevant ideas and knowledge. Provides qualityand timely information to Company when requested. Effectivelyarticulates thoughts and ideas. Identifies problems, analyzescauses and evaluates appropriate solutions prior to taking orrecommending actions. Follows up to ensure prompt/appropriateaction is taken and that problems are in fact corrected. Works inpartnership with staff from all Departments to ensure effectivesupervision and services are provided to students. Acceptsdirection and supervision from the Center Director/Center DutyOfficer/Shift Manager to include assignments to temporarily performjob responsibilities of other departments and positions. Otherduties as assigned. Qualifications Responsible to provideadministrative and clinical medical services for the WellnessDepartment. Ensures confidentiality of sensitive information andcompliance with all HIPAA laws. High School Diploma or equivalentrequired. Advanced degrees preferred.
