Your Contribution:

Works directly with customers to help them understand the enrollment process, schedules and maintains enrollment projects to ensure that enrollments for both new and existing customers are handled in a timely and efficient manner. Provides direct interaction, via telephone and email, with customers regarding customers’ issue and is the primary support for all existing customers for assistance with payer agreements. Performs and facilitates research and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues. And also maintains strict confidentiality within medical practice and HIPAA compliance. Responsible for gathering accurate information required for enrollment and billing processes for all Aprima Practice Management customers and in a timely matter, submits all required forms and information to successfully enroll customers in the payer clearinghouse. Immediately handles complex billing enrollments and payer agreements, determining priorities and escalations, and working with customers to resolve issues as they arise. This role works very closely with the Project Managers and customers to ensure that the customer is fully enrolled, and claims are transmitted without enrollment issues.

Your Qualification:

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple project deadlines. Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational and customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity of payer provider enrollment. Must be able to handle multiple priorities, project deadlines, and possess decision-making abilities to handle priorities from numerous individuals with little or no supervision. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Able to communicate with managers, project managers and other individuals in a clear and effective manner, explaining priorities and deadlines when necessary. What you can expect from us:
