Novant Health Urgent Cares is currently looking for a patient service representative (PSR) to join our team. The PSR greets patients, assisting our patients with paperwork, maintaining the sign-in sheet, and the overall appearance of the front office. The PSR also ensures the accuracy of the patient’s demographics, enter charges into the system and collects co-payments as needed. Do You Have What It Takes?
