What You’ll Do:

Greet & check in patients with professionalism and warmth. Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration. Verify insurance coverage & collect co-pays to support access to care. Answer phone calls & assist with patient inquiries in a helpful, friendly manner. Ensure accurate data entry into the electronic health records (EHR) system. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA regulations. Support a smooth and efficient front office operation to enhance the patient experience. Be a steward for the mission of ReGenesis Health Care. One year experience in customer service is required, medical office experience is strongly preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Ability to work M-F from 7:30 am-6 pm with flexibility to work based on health center operational needs.
