Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Admissions Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts of Morning Pointe Senior Living. This position will coordinate all aspects of the move-in process to ensure a smooth transition for new residents. Additionally assisting with marketing initiatives, event planning, and outreach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support occupancy goals by effectively coordinating move-ins, move-outs, and transfers. Guide new residents and their families through the move-in process, ensuring a seamless transition. Work closely with the Community Relations Director to ensure all required paperwork is completed before a resident moves in. Ensure all resident information is accurately entered into the CRM or Resident Management System. Collaborate with the Maintenance Director to oversee refurbishing, cleaning, and inspecting of suites before moving in. Communicate new residents’ individual needs and requirements to the appropriate departments. Assist with marketing and clerical tasks as requested, providing backup support for tours, phone inquiries, and other internal marketing efforts under the direction of the Community Relations Director. Plan and execute events that engage families and prospective residents. Serve as a liaison between the community and external organizations such as churches and senior centers to foster relationships and community partnerships. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company policies and safety guidelines. Uphold professionalism and a positive attitude while interacting with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers. Attend all required team meetings and in-service training sessions. Adhere to Residents’ Rights as defined by state regulations and company policy. Support and uphold the company’s service philosophy and all other policies. Maintain reliable and predictable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Associate’s degree preferred Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or resident management systems is a plus. Passion for working with seniors and providing excellent customer service.

Essential Functions:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, and move intermittently During working hours Must practice regular and dependable attendance. Must be able to concentrate and use reasoning skills and judgment. Ability to work on tight deadlines. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Specific Requirements:

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Must be detail oriented.
