Your role is crucial in providing administrative support, managing patient interactions, and maintaining smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities Welcoming Patients:
Greet patients warmly, making them feel welcome and safe.
Communication:
Answer phone calls with a smile, handle voicemails promptly, and follow up with patients who miss appointments.
Patient Assistance:
Help patients complete paperwork, verify insurance details, and update records.
Support Flow:
Escort patients to exam rooms, assist with scheduling, and communicate with medical staff.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage medical records requests, collect co-pays, and perform daily office support tasks.
