Patient Service Representative 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 9 Church Street, Arlington, VT 05250 Battenkill Valley Health Center is expanding and is seeking 2 full-time Patient Service Representatives and 1 part-time Patient Service Representative. The ideal candidates are flexible team players, demonstrate excellent customer service and computer skills, and have the ability to multi-task. This position’s duties include, but are not limited to, answering patient calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, updating patient records, collecting payment for services, checking patients in and out, managing medical records, and regular team meetings. EHR experience required | Microsoft Office experience required | Experience working within a medical practice preferred Competitive salary and exceptional benefits package offered.
