NorthBay Home Health is hiring PRN RRTs and CRTs to provide focused, in-home respiratory care. Make a direct impact while working a flexible schedule that fits your life. Your Role as a PRN RT Therapist Perform patient assessments and create personalized respiratory care plans Manage home-based equipment including oxygen therapy, ventilators, and nebulizers Track patient progress and adjust treatment accordingly Educate caregivers and families on respiratory support and safe equipment use Keep thorough, timely documentation Respond to emergencies and participate in safety protocols as needed Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the broader care team Qualifications Active Florida RRT license (2 years exp) or CRT license with (10 or more years of experience) Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred) Recent TB test and physical (within 12 months) At least 2 years of respiratory therapy experience (acute care preferred) Experience in home health or with ID/DD populations is a plus Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills Must commit to working a minimum of 4 shifts per month

Compensation Pay Range:
