Job Summary:

15k Sign On bonus Open to New Grads We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide care for patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders. This role requires expertise in respiratory therapy techniques and critical care procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic tests to assess lung capacity and monitor oxygen levels in the blood.
• Administer respiratory treatments and medications.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients on breathing exercises and techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop patient care plans.
• Respond to emergency situations requiring respiratory support.

Skills:

• Proficiency in ventilator management.
• Knowledge of basic life support protocols.
• Experience in critical care settings.
• Ability to administer medications via inhalation or intravenously.
• Competence in airway management procedures.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Experience in acute care environments.
• Certification in respiratory therapy.
• Background in pulmonology is a plus.
