Job Description:
We are seeking askilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist with NICUexperience to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidatewill demonstrate strong clinical expertise in managing patientsacross the spectrum—from neonates to geriatrics—while excelling inboth emergent and non-emergent situations. This role requiresadvanced critical thinking, effective communication, and acommitment to providing high-quality respiratory care.
KeyResponsibilities:
Deliver respiratory therapy services to neonatal,pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Respond promptly andeffectively in emergency situations, such as codes and rapidresponse calls. Operate and manage a wide range of respiratoryequipment and technologies. Collaborate with physicians, nurses,and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document all assessments, treatments, and patient responsesaccurately.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma, GED,Certificate, or relevant training/experience Licenses &Certifications (Required): Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) -Florida License Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification / CPRAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced LifeSupport (PALS) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
