Summary We are currently seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our dedicated team at ATC Healthcare. This position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care by assessing and treating patients with respiratory conditions. You will work in various healthcare settings, ensuring optimal respiratory function and patient comfort. Responsibilities Assess patients’ respiratory conditions and vital signs to determine appropriate treatment plans. Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including ventilator management and medication administration. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and families on respiratory health and home care techniques. Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience. Valid state license as a Respiratory Therapist. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology related to respiratory care. Experience in emergency medicine or trauma settings is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively in outpatient and inpatient settings. Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and teamwork.
