Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a skilled andmotivated Perfusionist to join their Perfusion Services team. Thiscontract role involves supporting critical cardiovascular surgicalprocedures across a busy operating schedule. The ideal candidate isconfident with complex perfusion techniques and equipment, andcommitted to excellence in patient outcomes. Orientation andonboarding will be provided for first-time travelers.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Operate heart-lung machines and relatedequipment during cardiac surgeries
• Perform setup, priming,initiation, and weaning of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB)
• Support avariety of cases including CABG, AVR, MVR, and complex aorticprocedures
• Apply blood conservation strategies and temperaturemanagement techniques
• Ensure accurate patient monitoring,documentation, and compliance with safety protocols
• Providemechanical circulatory support including ECLS and IABP
• Floatwithin the facility and scope of practice as required

RequiredQualifications:

• Active Georgia state license (or Compact ifapplicable)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent perfusion experience
• BLS certification
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Abilityto perform procedures such as CPB, cardioplegia, aortic valvereplacements, and ECLS
