Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement personalized respiratory care plans Deliver neonatal and pediatric respiratory therapy, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and nebulizer treatments Collaborate with physicians and NICU/Peds teams to provide expert care in critical situations Participate in high-acuity environments such as Level II trauma units Provide immediate support in emergency medical situations Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting interventions based on clinical assessments Educate patients’ families on respiratory conditions and discharge care strategies Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and accurate medical documentation
Required Qualifications:
Active RRT license in the state of Massachusetts Minimum 2 years of recent
RRT-NICU
experience (some Peds experience required) Certifications (AHA required): BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP Strong understanding of respiratory pathophysiology and neonatal care protocols Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred:
