The PNRT RRTs is part of amarket based respiratory resource team that is assigned to varyingfacilities to ensure that patient care needs are met within theassigned market. These RRTs possess the skills, competency andqualifications, as well as a requirement to work in 3-4 locationswithin a defined market: Greater Charlotte (GCM). This group shallbe known as the Regional Resource Team•

RRTs areexperienced Respiratory Therapists that demonstrate independence,rule consciousness, social boldness, and change readiness. Qualifications:

• Education:

  4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred

Licensure/Certification:

Current RCP licensure in appropriatestate, required.

Responsibilities:

Our Registered RespiratoryTherapist IIs (RRTs) serve as intricate leaders of the healthcareteam by establishing an authentic personalized relationship withthe patient and their support system. Respiratory therapistspractice under respiratory and ventilator management protocols witha high degree of autonomy. Depending upon the facility, theyperform intubations and insert a-lines.
