Respiratory Therapist (RT) Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

Job Description:

The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for the direct andindirect nursing care of all patients ranging in age from 18 yearsto geriatric. Under the supervision of the Respiratory TherapyManager and upon request of the physician, Will sets up andoperates various types of respiratory care equipment to be utilizedin the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and/orillness.

Conduct physician prescribed treatments:

including but notlimited to, Hand Held Nebulizer Therapy and various nasal oxygendevices in order to administer prescribed medicinal vapors andgases, humidity, various oxygen concentrations to the respiratorysystem of the patient, and chest physical therapy treatments.

Qualifications:

Must be Credentialed by The National Board ofRespiratory Care as a CRT or RRT. Must be licensed to practice inNorth Carolina

BLS/ACLS
