EAP Program Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience preferred
  Graduate from an accredited school
  Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  Physical abilities
• remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), pushing, bending and pulling

  Follows hospital safety rules and procedures
