Respiratory Therapist – PEDS We are seeking a compassionateRespiratory Therapist specializing in pediatric care to join ourteam. In this role, you will provide respiratory support forchildren with acute or chronic breathing issues, ensuring effectivetreatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
KeyResponsibilities:
Assess pediatric patients’ respiratory conditionsand develop individualized treatment plans. Administer oxygentherapy, aerosol medications, ventilator support, or othertreatments as prescribed by physicians. Perform diagnostic testssuch as pulmonary function tests or blood gas analysis to monitorprogress. Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcareprofessionals to provide comprehensive care for children withrespiratory conditions. Educate families on managing respiratoryconditions at home, including the use of equipment like nebulizersor inhalers. Maintain accurate records of treatments provided andmonitor patients’ responses over time.
Work Environment:
