JobDescription:

• Work in a respiratory care department with 209 bedsand 23 staff members
• Collaborate with a team including 1 managerand 4 therapists during the day and 3 therapists at night
• Patientratios vary depending on census and acuity
• Utilize equipment suchas PB 980, 840, and respironics V60
• Use EMR system, Meditech
• Perform general respiratory floor therapy, includingassessment-driven protocols
• Work in an 18-bed mixed ICU
• Providepost-op CV surgery care
• Demonstrate a positive, patient-centeredattitude and be a team player
• Float across all areas of thehospital as needed
• Work every other weekend, with no on-callrequirement
• Adhere to the dress code policy with appropriatescrub attire
