We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy services to students across Alabama through our innovative teletherapy platform. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to support student growth and communication development—all from the comfort of your home—while working alongside a team that values your expertise and supports your professional goals. What You’ll Do Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized IEPs aligned with student goals Provide engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions via our teletherapy platform Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust therapy plans as needed Participate in IEP meetings and offer clinical recommendations and insights What You Bring Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Alabama SLP license ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)

  • required At least 2 years of experience in a school-based setting preferred Proficiency with digital tools and teletherapy platforms Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset What You’ll Need Reliable high-speed internet connection Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported) Completion of a brief technical screening to confirm platform compatibility Why Join Us?
