Job Description
Category Schools – SLP Job Type Contract A leading K-12 educational institution in Vero Beach, FL is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position spans the entire school year (NSY) and offers flexibility for both full-time and part-time candidates. Multiple openings (6) are available, providing the opportunity to choose preferred grade levels within the K-12 spectrum. These roles are ideal for professionals with credentials including SLP – Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), experience in pediatric healthcare, teletherapy, CFY, or school-based settings. Please note that SLPAs will be considered only when paired with an accompanying SLP to ensure comprehensive care and supervision.
Key Qualifications:
Valid SLP-CCC certification or SLPA approval in a school or healthcare setting Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in educational environments Teletherapy proficiency preferred but not required Ability to work full-time or part-time during the school year Commitment to supporting diverse student needs in K-12 settings
Primary Responsibilities:
