POSITION SUMMARY

The SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) is responsible to provide qualityclinical care activities for pediatric patients (birth to 21)within the scope of practice as defined by the state of Florida andthe American Speech Language and Hearing Association. Works as partof a multidisciplinary team at the hospital and/or outpatient carecenters. Demonstrate competency in evaluation and treatment,utilizing value-based care and evidenced based practices. Receivesclinical review by the Rehab Regional Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited school of SpeechLanguage Pathology
• Certification as a SLP by the AmericanSpeech-Language & Hearing Association (ASHA) within 12 months ofemployment
• Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the state ofFlorida
• Excellent command of the

English Language Salary Range:

Minimum $36.52/hour
