DIEM POSITIONSUMMARY

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible toprovide quality clinical care activities for pediatric patients(birth to 21) within the scope of practice as defined by the stateof Florida and the American Speech Language and HearingAssociation. Works as part of a multidisciplinary team at thehospital and/or outpatient care centers. Demonstrate competency inevaluation and treatment, utilizing value-based care and evidencedbased practices. Receives clinical review by the Rehab RegionalManager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from anaccredited school of Speech Language Pathology
• Certification as aSLP by the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association (ASHA)within 12 months of employment
• Licensed to practice SpeechTherapy in the state of Florida
• Excellent command of the

EnglishLanguage Salary Range:

Minimum 47.75 per hour

• Maximum 47.

75 perhour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experiencefor roles of similar scope and responsibility.
