• Incentivized bonus planResponsibilities Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) evaluate andprovide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in a homesetting, under the care of an attending physician.

At Enhabit HomeHealth & Hospice, the home setting may include single ormulti-family homes, assisted living, independent living, or memorycare. The SLP evaluates and treats patients with languageimpairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitivecommunication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiringalternative or augmentative communication. At Enhabit Home Health &Hospice, an SLP may often work with patients who have experienced astroke, and those with progressive diseases such as Parkinson’sdisease and dementia. Qualifications 1. Must possess a valid statedriver’s license. 2. Must possess automobile liability insurance.3. Must wear seat belts at all times while driving. 4. Dependabletransportation kept in good working condition. 5. Must be able todrive an automobile in all types of weather conditions. 6.Currently licensed as an SLP in the State of Employment.
