Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess student needs. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans targeting speech and language goals. Provide therapy sessions that foster communication skills. Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for students. Involve and educate families in the therapeutic process, enhancing overall development.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure. Preferred possession of a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
